Mr Luo is an entrepreneur from China who has successfully operated a family business in China for many years. He has recently become interested in expanding his business to overseas markets and began to consider setting up a branch in Australia. After doing his own research and consulting with the immigrant consultants at Edu Pathways, he decided to apply for the Australian Business Innovation and Investment visa (subclass 188a).

First, Mr Luo submitted a business plan detailing his business goals and plan of implementation in Australia. He also submitted company information, including documents proving company registration, business plans, financial conditions, and revenue reports.

Next, Mr Luo opened an Australian bank account through a financial institution designated by Edu Pathways and transferred a specified amount of investment funds into the account. He also provided documents proving the source of the funds, including bank statements, company financial statements, and tax documents.

After submitting all required materials, Mr Luo was invited to an interview in which he was asked to provide a detailed introduction of his business and investment plans and was asked questions regarding his understanding of the Australian market, as well as his expectations of investment risks and returns.

Finally, Mr Luo was granted a 188A Business Innovation and Investment visa and is planning to establish a branch in Australia in February.
